Here is a simple tutorial on making the owl - sock doll.
I find it's easy to make even for a beginner.
I didn't go on details on the sewing part, eg: what kind of stitch, how to sew etc. Just use simple stitch to sew.
Anyway, if someone need to know more details on certain part, just give me a note. :D

If someone has used this tutorial and make out something, please let me know, I want to see the result. :w00t:

Enjoy and try it out~
(My very first tutorial.... )

Latest News:-
Yes! I have made a site and will be putting all my sock doll tutorials there. So far I have only two tutorials... but will slowly make more and up put to the site. I am thinking to put more things on the site too, a gallery of my sock dolls, selling my sock dolls etc. :D
Feel free to take a look and leave me some suggestions or comments if possible. Many many thanks~

Do you have to use baby socks to make these cuties, or can you use an adult-size sock?

can use adult socks too, but the dolls will be much more bigger.... my dolls are about 6cm tall.

Thanks for the tutorial! I stumbled upon your amazing little owls a while ago and finally got around to making a couple! Once I figured out how to close the bottom, it worked out just fine! Thanks so much :)

For the horse, I am using baby sock as well, but it's different method to make it.
